“Izmir Group of Restaurants” is an experienced company that has been delivering services of high quality in public catering since 2001.

“Izmir RQ” was certified by Moody International Ltd with the certificate of HACCP Food Safety Management Systems ISO 22000:2005 and by the licences of other institutions.

According to ISO requirements:

  • The containers used for transportation of ready products are visually controlled on daily basis against defects that may affect the quality and hygiene of the products,
  • The samples of all the prepared meals are tested and the meals are being held in the fridges for 24 hours to be sent to laboratory tests in case of food poisoning,
  • The food temperature is controlled upon packing and delivery,
  • The service personnel is responsible for cleanliness and order control as well as for waste to be taken away,
  • The kitchen, canteen, warehouse and other auxiliary buildings should be cleaned at the end of each day,
  • The uniforms of kitchen and service staff should be tidy, all the works are carried out with using hygienic gloves and masks,
  • The staff constantly passes medical check-up, appropriate notes are made in their medical books,
  • The sanitary status is controlled in all buildings,
  • The kitchen and service staff passed special training regarding personal hygiene as well as hygiene guidelines and standards in preparation of food products.
  • The quality of meals, service conditions, observation of personal hygiene guidelines and job responsibilities by the staff, etc. are constantly controlled by the management, the immediate response is given to aberrant behaviour and complaints regarding service staff, the appropriate measures are taken to eliminate the problem.
